Toys look awesome..Nice house..In my neck of the woods for 250k you'll be lucky to get 1000 sq. feet..Another reason to move out of The Republic of California..

california definitely is an expensive place to live....

a house like that (maybe not even as good as those pictured) would be in the 350K-400K range here 2 years ago... now they are in the 500K-650K range and they are suppose to be middle income houses...

my wife would love a house like that... Texas DOT hiring???

In FL, $200K buys you a 1940's small house with lots of repairs needed. Plus the property insurance is $2800 a year (NOT exaggerating).

I get payed by the government for school and Disability extra 2500 a month!! and Im about to change jobs and will be make almost 4 times what i do now!
