There is not point in ordered an 11" wide rim if you are only going to put a 275 tire on it 
- do it right and wrap it with a 295 so your rim is less prone to being damaged. It doesn’t help in performance at all - you would be better off getting the same wheel in a 9" width and wrapping it in a 275 tire - at least then you will save unsprung weight and at least have a tire that fits.
