most 19s come in sedanish offsets. it sucks.

Im a nooby and have some questions

What is the point of getting spacers?
And is that a 3" lip in back and 2.5" in front?

lol well maybe i must like rims that only have offsets for sedans. all i see are +35 and +30 offsets.
