Hey Fellow G35 members..i just got my window tinted this morning..
I got them tinted at SOLAR CONTROL TINT..It was $160 and they
use 3M Film. It took about hour and thirty minutes. I got 35% all around. They legal limit here in pittsburgh,pa is 70% but that was to light! So i just got 35%. Tell me what you members think..thanks!

Coming back from the tint place i saw A ASTON MARTIN!!
I Dont know what model it is buts i know its an ASTON MARTIN..LOL

nice nice....i have 18% but i wanna go lower...but it looks good..

 

i think 35% is a good balance between looks and functionality. i've experienced no visibility problems whatsoever with 35% tint.

i have 17% myself. while it's workable, it's definitely more difficult to see at night. with that said, i still want limo tint.

I think you need to learn to take better pics I can't see shit. Seriously though, it looks good. I have 35% as well on my DG, and I'm perfectly satisfied. Those door guards need to go though, totally holding the car back. How did they do on the dot matrix areas on the back windshield and the side mirror border's? Thats usually the telltale sign of a good and bad tint job.

It looks good. Really good. I need to get mine tinted. I would loose the Infiniti logo if i was you. If your going to have JDM badges, than it would probably be best not to have Infiniti logos on their as well. I dont know if its me, but the Skyline lettering looks kind of tilted towards the lower right side of the car. Just an observation Nice pics!

 

Hot damn, $160? I think it's more expensive around Philly... boo. Looks good though.

looks good but too light for my taste. I'm getting 20%, i want mine to be a little bit more aggressive

 

20% here and sometimes i need to roll my windows down when parking. 35% shouldnt be a problem and it still looks good!

 

pffft - you guys need glasses =P about 13% on my car, i see fine backing up - unless there are no lights around at all

 

looks good. When I tint mine its gonna be 15 in the rear and 35 in the front.
