IMO, that's just dumb. Aren't you going to need new tires every few thousand miles??

ok guys so i mounted the 235/35 general exclaims on my 10.5 and one tire is leaking air. anyone know what i can do to stop the leak. i took it to the tire shop and the tried bead sealer but still air is leaking. i dont think the bead is setting properly. one tire mounted with no problem so i know its not that they are "too stretched".

thanks fellas

either the wheels bent or the bead of the tire is damaged

i got brand new toyos hit a pot hole and deflated the tire enough that i ran on the side wall for a mile that was enough to damage my sidewalls on my tires. tires had no punctures but tires never sealed on the lip correctly again. check inside tires for fraying on the sidewalls.

Exactly right...I've been stretching tires for a long *** time, no such thing as a "too stretched tire"..even since my 240 days.. Sounds like the inner side of the rim is bent, could be a very small bend that is keeping the air pressure up.. keep up with the tire pressure.

i tired putting air in the tire but as i put in air i can literally hear "pssss" sound as i fill the tire with air which only means that the bead isnt set properly. so do u guys think theres anything i can tell the tire shop to try. i highly doubt the wheel is bent though.
