my little wheel project for my A5 S line... custom building some 20inch step lip wheels using 19inch faces from 19inch reverse lip wheel ...heres some of the process

The new lips. built old school style without the rolled edge like the "new" step lips...and were built without the hole in the lip for the valve stem

Rear barrels at the powder coater getting matte black treatment like the centers

since no one has really done aggressive yet on the A5...ill be using these as test wheels...if they neeed more lip...then ill be ordering bigger ones!

i wish my 3pce works had matte black rear barrels like my matte black faces, would be hella easier to clean

well as yall know I used to go through wheels every 4 months with my G...I would work with some wheel builders to get my parts and redo/build my wheels on certain wheel setups..with this I hooked up with a few builders in Dallas and a builder on the east coast..I cant really give the specifics on how much I am paying since alot of these builds are for personal use or for advertising the talents of these wheel builders...if your interested then pm me what you have and what you want to do with your wheel setups

That's badass Rob!!!

Quarters pulled 1.5", no more demon camber, body line is still there. Just gotta wash her... next up refinish the wheels other than black and upgrade my headlights.
