Hmm... They could remove the face and just get an inner and outer barrel maybe? But then it's probably cheaper to just order new wheels at that point.

Just buy cheap 3pc wheels a rebuild it like i did.

i dont know about 20s but i recently ordered a set of 7inch and 5inch lip for my19s from a wheel repair shop in dallas. Turn around time was what i expect due to the sizes i asked and it having to be machined then chromed.
