C300 Photoshoot - Might be a little NSFW ;)

i think this is my first time posting pics, NOT of my car haha but still have to keep Genna in them haha...

Did a photoshoot yesterday for a friend for his suspention and H.I.D. company. Thought i would share the pics.

As the guys in the "photography" threads know, i usually dont shoot cars so im pretty happy with the way they turned out.

As a side note, right after these shots i was pulling the slack of the extention cord and pulled the tripod with it and down comes by ring flash RIGHT ON the bulbs. not sure if i can replace it so, anyone need a ring flash? Calvin??? haha jk.

Enjoy.

nice pics. not a fan of girls in pictures. if you have a nice car you dont need a girl to get attention.

for the car solo i used only my alien bees ABR8000 ring flash aiming at the front of the car positioned in the back of the car if that makes sence. and used the sun to light up the front.

For the shots of Genna i had the ring flash to her left trying to darken the background because he wanted more of a "dark" shot.

After i was done with genna, the light came crashing down and shattered all the bulbs.

LOL sick pics, Mike!

It's amazing what off camera lighting can do for a shot...I'm fascinated.

And no, I don't think these pictures are HDR...

To answer the question about if its HDR or not is, yes and no....

Its a "fake" hdr, the shots were not bracketed in the camera, I manualy changed the exposure in photoshop to -2, normal, +2 and then combinded in an HDR program.

Some will say its not a true hdr shot so that's why the answer is yes and np , hope that helps
