Is there any modifications to the car required (drilling, tapping, etc)? It doesn't look like it to me from this pic, but I thought I'd ask anyway. Thanks.

Sorry, we were hoping to have the bar priced less than $350, but after adding up material costs and machining time, $350 is the lowest "group buy rate" we can go for the initial run. The normal price (msrp), when these get into full production is scheduled to be a little above $400 - $350 shipped is the special forum rate for now.

I was fortunate to get a sneak peek of this rear STB yesterday. The design is well thought out and executed. Craftsmanship is fantastic. I was quite impressed. But then, I wouldn't expect anything less from the guys at RareJDM/Stage4 Performance. Good job fellas!

how is this different than the stillen? Actually considering the way the STillen bar bolts up to the mounts it seems the Stillen would be more effective.

Not trying to stir up **** but just asking a fair question.

I don't want to say anything negative about another manufacturers product, but I will say that we designed our bar after studying the weaknesses of the competitors bar. Our mounts are much more robust, the location of the bar is between the shock towers, and the threaded ends allow for preload adjustment. Our bar has been track tested on 2 separate occasions now, and I can honestly say that it made a difference in the cars handling.

For me there is one obvious, huge difference...

The Stillen doesn't fit the sedan.

And I would much rather buy from these guys than Stillen.

I was given the opportunity to install and test this (adjustable) version on my G. The quality, fit and function of this RSTB is top-notch. The only regret anyone will have is not purchasing it at this price.

I've been running the rear STB for the last 3 months. For the handling improvements that it offers its definitely worth $350. I was as critical as possible when testing this bar, but I honestly am not understating the handling improvements offered by the bar. Couldn't imagine driving my car without it now that I have it. I tell Zack and the guys all the time that for improved handling for our cars, the RareJDM STB has to be the your mod list.
