After several hours of time and sweat, we came up with this:

it's amazing to think about how such a transformation like this takes place. A DIY would be great. I would never invest the time but I'd love to see how it's done

Wow alot of work in that. I can polich but I love the "chrome" look you got I loose patience before I get it that good. Very Nice Work.
