I have 18 ray's track wheels.......so 40 series are a go for me........man when i had 45 series........they were comfy as hell!!!

^ they're nicknamed big slicks.

special S-comounds in the tire makes them literally adhere to the road.

Very nice tires. I wasn't aware those pilot sports were even available still since the PS2s are out. I don't know what prompted you to buy these but they are very light, rated very high in dry/wet and have something like a 220 wear rating. Same grip as the RE050s with way better wear rating. A little thin as compared to the RE050s in the same size though

they are very light for suer, i was lifting them into the garage and I didnt even struggle like I did with my yokohamas.

should go well with my 18 lbs wheels WHOO!

Yup. I could tell the diff when I swapped out my RE050s with the pilots. If you are using the same sizes, you'll probably save at least 2 lbs per tire.

im using 245/40 and 265/40
