It seems obvious to me, but when you put pictures of your car on an enthusiast forum and tell people to comment and to tell you what they think, that opens you up to both positive and negative criticism. Don't like it? Then don't post your car online asking for opinions.

I don't think ShanesG or anybody else in this thread has been excessively rude, they're voicing an opinion, and most people even felt the need to attach a 'as long as you like it' or positively critique another aspect of his car to not come off too abrasively.

These wheels don't run with the same aesthetic this community is used to and prefers, so I'm not sure what response the OP expected. If I posted some of our extensively modded cars over on a Vette forum, I know I wouldn't expect a shower of adoration.

And yes the wheels above look MUCH better than the new ones, but still not my cup-o-tea.

 

i actually like those 83's above they have that similar look with the G37 STOCK WHEELS only with a added lip, very clean.

 

I like the total look of your coupe, the new Vossens complete the clean contemporary look. Your car's unique and I'd be proud to drive that bad boy.
