like i said before the more you can ruff it up the better. Even if you take it down to the metal go ahead and us 40 grit on both sides the car and the fiberglass. Its going to look great. Decide on a color yet? Have you seen the new lime green Camaro? That color would look good on your car with the type of wheels i think you might get?

Quote: I will ask around, I have no experience with the yokohama's.
Well I just check out the section widths and the Yokohamas run wider than the Generals when tested on an 8.5" wheel (245/35/20) at 9.6" for the Generals and 9.9" for the Yokohamas. On a 9" wheel (255/35/20) it's 10.2" for the Generals and 10.3" for the Yokohamas. Seems pretty good to me.

Now if only I can get confirmation that the 235/35 won't cause scraping when compared to the 245/35.
My guess is, a 0.25" decrease in diameter shouldn't really lower the car enough to cause any issues since my current scraping issues are from a 1" difference in diameter between the 255/30 (what I have now) and the 255/35 (what should be on the car).
Plus currently my fronts are 18mm bigger in diameter than my rears, which is causing my car to squat in the back.

I got part of the cap in today, at least it is enough to start. I started cutting up the car to fit it. Also got welded up a new pipe and made a plate to delete the heater / lines.

The hole looks like it's on the top part of the rear quarterpanel. Are you relocating the gas cap?
Does the gas cap lock in place or anything or can anyone just take it off whenever?

Nice heater delete plate and that hole looks well cut. Good job with the craftsmanship dude.

Thanks guys, yes the gas door is being relocated to the top for the quarter panel. The gas cap is the same one as pictured above....

Plenty more surprises, parts, and trick things still in store.

I have an extra setup, that is powdercoated black to delete the coolant line that goes across the front of the timing cover.

I actually converted the trunk into his cage instead of doing an audio system, hit the trunk release on the 06 tails and boom he jumps out to attack.
