The Greengoblin build thread

Thanks guys, I appreciate the support. Things are shaping up nicely. The rear part of the cage is 100% welded up as of today. Also the reason the front bars are not in place is Kirk Racing messed up and they are about 6-8 inches to short. So I need to call them Monday to see what they want to do.
I am going to make some mock up gussets and test dimple die them, to see how they come out. I am also going to see about recruiting Jess to help me get the sound deadening out of the car. Propane torch and paint scrapper work great its just time consuming. This week I guess I will move my focus to getting all the sound deadening out of the car, reinstalling some of the dash that I removed, Install the evc 6, and get ready to pull the motor. Then I can weld up the few holes that I missed and finish the body work in the bay, paint and reinstall the motor.

The dry ice worked pretty good but in the trunk the metal is so thin, you have to hit to hard. I dented the floor in a couple small areas to get it to pop off. I was leaving it on for like 10min at at time
Thanks but I hardly have deep pockets, I do have fabrication experience which makes it easier.
