I was wondering where the truck went? I saw it in the driveway in post 825. The build is coming along nicely and looks like a car for the magazines for sure.

Let's go shooting.

AHAHA I wish I could take a week of work, but then I would probably just relax and get nothing done...

Random body work update
Plate box glassed and skimmed

Finished battery cover delete, going to paint in the next week or so to get them out of the way.

Paint is coming as soon as the body work is 100%. Its got to get primed, then reblocked, then reprimed, then final wet sand before paint.

any up close pictures of the mounting points?

did you use factory screws in the regular mounting points, and rivits where it meets the c pillar up top? and fiberglass over them?

I did not use any screws or rivets, all 3m adhesive and custom mounting plates in between the panels to attach them together.

awesome ! this is my favorite webpage on teh internetzz

hey I been meaning to ask you since my car is on jackstands in the garage just like yours, does your car rest all it's weight on just 3 of the jacks ?
because I just happened to be picking up some items around my rear left jack and accidentally bumped it and it was loose, it literally wasn't holding up any weight !?

I'm not a stupid man and I do understand physics and weight distribution but this is still witchcraft to me lol... now go run to your garage and try to move one of your rear jacks and report back with results
