Plan on tracking it and molding all the body kit pieces together ? You are very brave! Very nice work so far, look forward to seeing it completed.

for someone who seems to know how to do his own bodywork, the work that will be required after a track day should not be an issue.

but i agree, molding your panels together is a HUGE risk.

the downside (risk of damage) far outweigh the upside (looks).

Ya I know the risks, and still decided to do it. I just think the rear will look so clean.

Some pics of the body work, coming along nice and slow. I got it fired up last night!!! It was music to my ears haven't heard the sweet tune of the engine in about 6 months or more.






also started the rear plate box rework to standard size.

Amazing work!! Can't wait to see the beauty completed. Much props for DIY. I am now disappointed in the lacking qualities of my G. But i am looking at getting turbos soon and I need a new best friend to make up for my lack of knowledge of FI...
