Looking around and didn't find one yet, so I decided to make one.
Here's a few of mine. I haven't been doing HDR for long, so sorry if they're a bit amateur
I've seen some really awesome HDR shots from other members though, so if you got 'em, post 'em

Not all HDRIs are "cartoony." Just depends on the extent of the tone mapping.

I think HDR like any other affect is just how far you want to go w/ it subjectively. Some images like Marcus' last shot look good w/ more added because of the car and it's background. I even did one of my car that way for a more "painterly" effect. The IS and 350z wanted it to be more "artistic" otherwise I'd have just added it slightly as I did for my pics.. I just like the dramatic clouds and the saturation of colors.. I think it's really easy to go overboard w/ HDR and get obtrusive haloing and darkness in areas.. It's all about moderation.
^Tony, thanks for posting you're "favorite" I was really hoping you would as it's my favorite too. Some of them have a lot of JPG noise though... did Photobucket do that? (Not being critical, just wondering)
I know with the gallery software I use on NFSPMotorsports, if I upload a pict that's too large, and it does the resizing, it makes a mess of the quality. But, if I resize the file myself in photoshop, and then upload the files so the gallery software doesn't touch it, the results are MUCH better.
Actually, you can see exactly what I'm talking about in some of mine. Look at the JPG noise in the B&W ones of my car alone, then notice how the color shots of the 350 have far less JPG noise. (they have less sensor noise as well because I remembered to set my ISO correctly on them
)
Thanks for the contributions Marcus and Cal
And to the haters... if you don't like HDR, why post in this thread? You're not being helpful or productive.
