New NISMO front... doing a little shaving

Got my NISMO front fitted last night. Now its onto getting it perfectly smooth and filling the gaps. Not really a fan of the OEM sidemarkers since they dont even blink with the directionals so I opted to shave them.

Bumper ground

Kitty hair filler

If the bumper is poly, then the long term results will not be pretty. After about 6 months of flexing and bumping, the hard filler and glass started to crack and separate on mine.

Ditto. I would've just blacked out the side markers and be done with it.

Ive been doing bodywork for over 10 years. Done the exact same procedure on other urethane kits, no issues.

I fabbed up beefy custom brackets at work for all the bolting points. The bumper doesnt move AT ALL, unlike the weaka$$ OEM one

Nothing like doing your own work and knowing it's done right. Must be nice.
