Because the 328 has way less issues. They are inherently more likely to be better since they lack all the piping/turbo stuff.

Thanks to understand that my friend..Ive been searchii about both of those series most peoples get 328i for daily driver cause it save gas run smooth and never has any problem abt engin .335i w 3.0L same 6L but with Turbo make extra 70Hp and 100Torque
