So I saw this ad in a newer magazine. When you scan a magazine picture it does not turn out that well. So I hope you can see it. Look close.
I wish you get the car shown. 05 with BLACK Brembos. As far as I know their is no such beast. The subtitle says "...with performance tire and wheel package." I think its bogus of them to use a custom photo in an ad. Especially because now I want that not avaliable option.

The misinformation is worse than you think.

I saw this ad I believe in the last Sport Compact Car. My first thoughts were, "why in the hell would they show the '03-'04 18's when advertising the '05? Shouldn't they show the sexy new 19's?" Upon further investigation, it looks like the mutt in their marketing department took a Brembo equipped '04 and PS'd the gold calipers black to hide them.

 

Man. The infiniti brochure has photoshopped pics everywhere.

 

that looks like an 04 model with brembos, and the ugly 18s...my 05 has no brembos, and nice forged 19s.

 

Loot at the rims, its an 04. Beautiful though. I acutally like the 04 rims better than 05.

you probably own an 04...everyone I have talked to who doesnt own a g35 loves the new 05 wheels and say they look 10X better than the old wheels.

 

I just dont understand how one can legally show a bogus picture of a product they sell? And why dont their ad people get their sh** together and put current photos in their literaure. It is supposed to be a high end product. So why the misscommunication?

 

they own the rights to the picture, they do what they want with it.

if i paid hundreds of thousands for photography/editing/marketing/advertising, i'd reuse some material as well.. oh wait, we do this all day at my job. ha.
