I did the same search prior to posting. All of those MULTIPLE results are individual threads with a single photoshop request from the OP to the viewers, not an official photoshop thread. A few have more than one member requesting but are not active threads.

I figured ppl that like photo editing would enjoy helping a member and testing their skills, so I posted . Anyways, I'l just start a thread.

I always think some effects are cliche, they are always the usual stuff.

I've never messed with photoshop before but I'm currently downloading the trial of Photoshop CS5.1 but I'm not willing to pay the $700 once the trial is up. What does anyone recommend as an alternative? Have any of you messed with the free versions like PhotoScape or others? What programs are ya'll using? Thanks people!

if you're only trying out Photoshop. might as well check out GIMP while you have the chance. find some tutorials and see where that leads you.
