I think the most interesting thing about the picture is that it has Michigan license plates but the palm trees in the backround definitly put in California. Is there a Nissan plant in SoCal anywhere?

 

If you'd read the thread, you'd learn 2 things:

1) ALL manufacturer plates are MI plates.

2) The pic was taken in Phoenix, not sure how palm trees "definitely" means California.

There are TONS of test facilities / tracks here in town, nearly all manufacturers have one here... Calsonic also has a facility here (for extreme-temp testing).
