Just tinted and wax... but help!

Hey guys, I just got my car tinted last night. I had them do 30% all the way around (legal is 35% ). Anyway, I just washed and waxed the car today and took some pictures with the tint on the car. I think it looks really good, but the damn dot matrix is killing me! The tint wont stick to it and there are parts of border of the three back windows that are lighter because the tint isnt sticking. What can I do about this? What has everyone else done? I also did just get it done last night so its not completely dry yet, but I dont see it all of a sudden sticking to the dot matrix.
Here are the pics, you can see what I mean about the dot matrix in a few of the pictures: http://66.31.213.76/G%20tint%20and%20wax/
(yes I have 17's on and yes that is snow in the background )

I think next is some bat overlays for the tails. I cant decide if I want full coverage or the GTR setup. I also cant decide what darkness I want. If anyone has pics of their tinted G's with overlays (preferbly black G's, but any will do) could you post them up and offer your opinions guys? Thanks

I am going back to the installer to have him fix it, but I was just curious as to how other people have dealt with it because I know it has been an issue. I dont remember the brand of tint, I will let you know tomorrow.

BlueBat's overlays would look good in 6/10 since you have a black car. I'd go with the 6/10 GTR style overlays.

I have the solution, this is what i did on mine and it came out nice.

At first the matrix looked like it had patches of dark and light spots, some film stuck and some didnt.

Take a soft cloth, cotton, and wet it then grab a credit card. Cover the credit card with the wet rag, then hold it with both hands (thumbs up) and just use it to smooth out the whole matrix on the inside. I went mainly from side to side (instead of up/down) and it worked perfectly. Everything looks even and same color and looks very clean. I will post a pic when i figure out how.

BTW, I did this on the 3rd day after the car got tinted.

I hope these work, I used flash so the black came out looking greyish green for some reason. I would have to take it during the day for it to look black. But this will give you an idea how even it looks. Its black, as you can see from the other pics, but it looks very clean and even. It looks like i dont even have tint from the overview pic because of the flash. The tint is 35%.

Wow, my car is dirty... time for a wash...

Thanks for the input guys, I will try to smooth it out with a credit card and if not then I will go with the black vinyl option. Car looks good Polishthrust. I am trying to order 6/10 GTR overlays (not sure if I want reverse lights cut out, im leaning towards not having them cut out though, what do you guys think?). Still waiting to hear back from Andy.

you should get the 6/10 gtr w/o the reverse cut out. that's what i have and my car is black too. you shouldn't feel bad about your 17s, i once had them on and now i'm on 18x8.5 and 18x9.5
