n1ck - I picked mine up with a clutch/flywheel purchase from SGP in Houston (haven't installed yet). I think www.mynismo.com may have a NISMO one available for the G. Stillen may even carry one by now. They're model-specific, so it's the proper length.

Here's a video of the flywheel noise. This video was taken when the car was cold cranked, before our trip out to lunch. You can hear it outside the car. When we recorded inside the car, we had the a/c on, then off, and the windows up and down.

The camera mic is pretty sensitive; it's actually a bit quiet in person.

That does sound pretty loud next to the engine-bay. But I believe you about the mic being sensitive.

The G's cabin is pretty well insulated, no doubt about it. Of course, tire roar and rattles are another problem.

Any further impressions since?

Using your thread as inspiration, I plan to post an honest review of the NISMO clutch/flywheel,etc. once it's installed.

Wow, I've inspired somebody. Nice

New impressions? Not really. I like the new setup over stock. I just need to get the mushy pedal fixed.

I've got another video of the car after lunch on the same day. But google hasn't ok'd it just yet.

Looking forward to your review.

ok, just a couple weeks ago i had the same problem. my clutch was slipping in anything slightly over normal driving. the dealership told me that a new clutch was going to be $2100. so i went with an ACT clutch/fly. everything seemed fine (especially after talking to the dealership about why it made so much noise). then my shifter rattling came back (any suggestions on that would be GREATLY appreciated). also i adjusted the clutch pedal because there was about 20% of the pedal travel that would engage the clutch. i set the pedal to be right at the top of the clutch engagement. through a week of driving it i've noticed that it's begun to move back out. i'm pretty sure that that's just because of the stopper being crappy rubber, but if anyone knows differently, or knows where/how i can change that, i'd love to know.
