rec'd this kit and very thorough instructions very quickly, and on a great deal. great product, fits perfectly.


one tip, when you remove the bolts to install this kit, use a wire brush or small bit of sandpaper to clean up the grounding points on the motor and the body.

No problem man, credit when it's due.

Discovered another possible good side effect today after installing this kit, my fuel gauge goes all the way up now, can't wait see if it stays more accurate now.

The benefit is that electronics have a clear unobstructed path to ground. With all the electric accessories in newer cars, the ground path is often not enough to carry them all. On top of that there is corrosion from not maintaining good contact for years. Basically it allows each accessory to do it's job better. Looks really aren't a factor since if you install the factory engine cover, it is for the most part hidden.

See my post above for just one benefit I've noticed so far in my 6mt 2003 coupe.
