Stillen Swaybars
Don't over tighten the bracket nuts. I only used a med socket wrench to
loosen from factory torques and tightened it by hand securely. Not sure exactly
what the torque is, but it does not require a breaker bar.
As far as settings go, you should start with soft on both front and back and see
how your car handles. I believe with aftermarket wider tires, you'll probably end up
soft front and med on the rear unless you want to induce more oversteer and go
soft front, hard rear.
With my setup I only needed the rear bar on softest setting for now. Runs
great in wet as well. After you setup your car, make sure you drive in the
wet as well slowly at first just to make sure your tires can handle the added
load.

I ended up putting on the front bar since I finally got some time for myself.
(wife took my baby son to some stores. yaaay!!!
) The install was
easy.
I drove it around with F: soft / R: med and played with it a little bit.
The stock MichSports seem to be able to keep up with this setting, so will leave
it like that. The sway is much less than before, so I think I like it even more.

i just installed mine was well. i didnt even bother dropping the exhaust. i just brought the right side out towards the back of the car and then just wiggled it out. came out very easy that way and just slide the stillen one right back in. car handles great now. i did med/med.

Red,
What exhaust system are you running?
I have the stillen dual exhaust and there was no moving bars in and out without lowering the exhaust.

It is the Net stiffness shift you want.
If the front bar is equal to the springs then a 10% stiffer front bar is reallly only 5% increase...........the oem rear bar is only 50% [half] as stiff as the springs, so a +50% rear bar nets only 16% rear total stiffness increase ..........+100%= only 33% rear total stiffness increase.

Q45tech,
Based on your settings recommendation, would you suggest leaving the front sway bar oem and replacing the rear bar(for an 05 sedan)? If so, would you recommend the 350evo bar for this duty? Thanks and take care.

But, I would still recommend adjustable bars front and rear and for you to tune them to get the car's behavior to where YOU like it. I have my Cusco front bar set at soft +20% and the rear EVO350 bar also set at soft. Next I will up the EVO rear bar to med and test.
