San Diego G35 Club GTG
I got a used set of JTW S7's.
Before I get it installed, I need a set of headers and ART pipes to go with it and replace my clutch along with a lightweight flywheel while the engine is taken apart. Then I'll need to get re-tuned at Church. Then I'll need gears (4.08) to top it off.
This is gonna be expensive.
Thanks for the welcome guys!

good God the S2's are good!!! i was honestly hella ready to be happy w/a small gain up top but WOW, the cams really completed my whole setup. i knew my headers weren't doing much for me w/o cams but D@MN, honestly it's like a whole new motor. here are a few quick details...
- idle is much more "gurgly"
- throttle feels more responsive across the board(even down low, very surprised)
- 3-4k is super "meaty" just feels like there's so much more pedal left
- high RMP is INSANE but still extremely linear
- low RPM has less drone
- fuller sound/feel to the exhaust note across the board
- it just pulls so much harder now
i know most of you out there are dyno junkies and are disappointed i don't have any numbers, so i'm going to do my best to get on a dyno or track soon. just gonna be tough w/my baby due at the end of this month.
HUGE thank yous go out to Scott@RA and all the guys at JWT!!!

a few other things you might not know about my build...
- when i originally had it tuned @ Technosquare it was tuned specifically for mid-range gains not top-end
- usable daily mid-range power has always been my priority w/the car, though not insanely impressive on dyno's(people always look for peak gains). it's where as a DD i'd be enjoying my car, also why i chose the 5/16 spacer over the 1/2
- i always wanted cams but shied away after TS stopped tuning(i have an early '03 ECU).
- i knew the breather mods on my car where a bit of overkill on my car w/o cams but would come in handy if the opportunity ever arrived.
- i originally compensated for said "overkill" w/drive-train mods(3.7FD gears + TransGo = tightened everything up)
- i specifically chose the JWT S2 cams because of their mild nature, basically fit w/the rest of my build. other cams peak higher but sacrifice low-end
- i was really pleased w/SG's results w/the S1 cams in the Modified Mag cam shootout(highest gains w/no loss down low), the S2 is basically an improved(more reliable/stable idle) version of the S1
- i had no intention of turning my car into a high RPM queen w/a more aggressive cam
- i did NOT do springs as my rev limiter was only raised to 7100 RPM by TS but i did have new DLC coated buckets installed
i HIGHLY recommend these cams to anyone w/similar goals. before these the biggest difference i felt in my car was the tune, w/gears & shift kit running a close second. the S2's have completely trumped those two.
