where to have tires mounted?

where to have tires mounted?
what shop in sd won't fvck up my wheels while mounting tires? they need to be able to work on 19x9.5/10.5 wheels.

I've used 3 different discount tires and none of them screwed up my wheels.....

Discount tire did a good job on mine. Chula Vista on Broadway.
