Hey moving to San deigo in the nex 3-4 months thinking of tintin my tail lights and restrictions on that?, also i know ill have to replace my headers for the smog test is there anything else i should be worried about?

 

you souldn't worry about your headers for smog. Why not keep your car registered in Hawaii?

 

i don't have header i have the xerd long tube (cat dealeates well im a marine so i have to get my car regerstierd in cali within 90 days moving there, but the tint should be ok?

 

If your home of record is in Hawaii then you do NOT have to register your car in Cali. Military Clause. Just make sure your home of record stays in Hawaii and you can keep your Hawaiian plates. This means no smog check and you wont have to worry about your tint.
