I have a 2003 G35 manual transmission with around 90k Miles I am having a problem where when I go to turn my car on, I put my foot on the clutch, turn the key and nothing happens. The electronics turn on, but the car makes no attempt to start. I found a member here that had the same problem and he said it was the switch between the ecu and the clutch that completes the circuit to start the car when the clutch is fully engaged.

Does anyone know a mechanic or reputable shop here in san diego that can do it? thanks

 

did you try to reset the ECU? but the only guy that touch my car is Grant. check out his thread.

 

i also had grant installed my plenum spacer for me, upon researching tho, i learned that the problem is the clutch interlock switch, i'll check it in the morning if i can do it or if not i'll probably pm grant, thanks tho myg35izsick, btw your g35 is sick,
