Dyno runs

I was wondering if there is a good shop in the area that does dyno pulls. I found a shop in Auburn called The Mustang Shop that does 3 back to back pulls for $90. I'm just trying to find something a little closer to Tacoma but I am willing to drive wherever. Looking for some feedback. Where would you go? How much would you pay?

I'm probably too conservative but why do dyno pulls unless you're getting a tune? What purpose does it serve other than boosting your ego? Why put all that stress on your motor, for what?

I've added some different aftermarket engine parts and want to tune it to get the max horse power I can. I want to see what numbers I can get. That's all.
