yea - friend had somethign similar happen, FHP gave him a ticket and it never showed up, he never paid it, and never got a notice.

This was at least a 1.5 years ago

Print out the form that shows that nothing has been posted. Be sure to print it out thirty days from the citation so if they try to come at you with any crap, you can at least have proof that you checked and you were responsible - unlike the officer that let his dog eat it.

An FHP pulls my brother over in the HOV lane.... walks up to the door ... realizes that i was in the car and said..... Your tints are too dark, pulls out the tester and writes him a ticket... never showed up in the system.

Wrong they don't issue refunds.. They keep the extra balance..
