Anybody Running TOYO Proxes R888

I'm thinking about buying TOYO Proxes R888 is anybody using these tires. I've heard good things about these semi-slick tires and they fit on 19 inch wheels. I have a serious traction problem and don't want to run a drag tire on the street I like to take corners fast. Let me know which you guys think about these tires don't want to spend this much money and not be happy.

I don't know anything about those, but stay away from Proxes T1Rs though. I put a set of those on my coupe a few months back and the car felt like a boat instead of a car-very unstable! I got rid of those quickly and replaced them with Kumho Ecsta SPTs. They're the cheapest I've found for a matching set and grip very good, but they're a bit noisy, esp. at low speeds.

Whats up mike. I looked into toyos web site. Not many options for 19's. But whats weird is that its a drag radial yet they talk about side wall stability. The bottom line is I think this is a road race tire more than a drag radial. But I will guarantee that when you buy these, they are the type of tire that comes with a tread wear number 0. yeah mike its a hot tire. Let me know bro mike

I read a review from Sharif at Forged Performance, he had lots of good things to say about them.

r888 are a road track tire like mike said. good traction straight and turning but you'll burn through them quick if you drive much.

No, I got 'em from Edge Racing. Fortunately, their customer service was good and I was able to return them within the 30-day period and get my $$ back.
