Anyone out there have a compustar or a clifford g5? any thoughts ?

i was told that the ignition kill in the g5 wont work correctly with the g35c keyless system.

 

I just had a Compustar 8000 (Canadian version of 9000 with 5000' range) installed in my 2005 G35x with intelligent key. System works fine, though we're still working out the glitch on why the auto headlights don't turn off if the car has been remote started and shut down, but the doors weren't opened.

Make sure you pick a reputable installer. Don't go with the big box franchises and their pimply-faced, under-trained installers. It's a great car - don't let those flunkies screw it up!
