Stock 19 Widen

sweet, you essentially now have a 19x10.5" wheel with a +33 offset. And still have about 2.5" backspacing to go.
so basically you could add 2" on a 9.5" wheel with a +20 offset and not use any spacers for a 19x11.5" +45. that would only be 25mm deeper than the setup you have now. and since all the width is behind the hub, your flushness isnt affected, only backspacing.

sorry to bring this thread back from the dead but did they mention if you could only widen forged rims? If they can widen these, that would be sweet, but would they not be very strong?

And yet another round of CPR for this thread but... I'm about to do this mod and wanted to clear something up. In this picture, your 10.5 wide OEM 19 WITHOUT spacer bolt on with no clearance issues. Is this correct? That means that, if I take mine to 11", a 10mm spacer will clear the suspension and not rub on the fender. Also correct?

bump for a new process, new rim, and new questions.
First off I love this idea and wanted to do it before I bough my first set of rims. (think of the money I would have saved!)
1. I am now running a set of Nissan 370z rims. I think I have my math down, but wanted to run it by the experts before proceeding.
2. the OEM G35 19s vs the 370z are a bit different, in that the 370z higher offset is in my widening favor!
3. But how much so. I am running booooost so my car squats pretty bad (no coils just springs and shocks) so I dont want to rub the shock tower.
My goal was to run a 19x12 with a 345.30.19 on the rear. If I have to do a little pull, ill do it on the outside or CF flares, but more concerned about the inner shock tower portion.
thoughts
Wheel Size: 19x9+47 19x10+30
Wheel Offset: Front +47 Rear +30
So do I widen the front to a 12.0 because it has a higher offset? Then run the rear 19x10+30 on the front.
OR
leave the front 19x9+47 and widen the back to a 19x12?
Thanks in advance for the math.
my math says that If I run a 19x12 with a 345/30/20 running a 20-25mm on the rear 10inch rim I might rub the fenders (outside)
But if I widen the front 19x9+47, 50mm I can run a 20-25 and still have some room. (but not sure about inside)
ARGH!
Now that Wheel Craft uses another 19in rim to add to you specs, they only have one weld which increased the rim strength more than have two welds with that old school strip.
Help!
