Need some help

I had my tranny replaced about 3 months back, and when they put the exhaust back on, apparently something is clanking...

every time i hit a bump, or im on a bumpy road, i hear a clank noise from the back rear of the car - like metal on metal.

I took it to the dealer and they seem to have found the issue, put a rubber hose between the bolt and exhaust, but it seems to not have fixed it. its driving me insane to say the least....

anyone able to help me identify and possibly fix the issue?

Heres a pic of what they say it might be:

looks to me that your exhaust is misaligned causing it to rub

well, heres something to think about.....i dont think its the exhaust anymore, i noticed that the noise doesnt happen if i apply the brakes. a friend said it might be the brake pads or something being loose...he said he had a similar problem.

What do you guys think?

Thats sounds like a driveline problem. Most likely nothing has changed except for what the shop got thier hands into. I would take it back bro. You paid for the shop to fix it right? late mike
