someone backed up into my G! :(

Today some guy backed up into my rear fender and dent it in and ripped it off a little. I am going to go to a dealership tomorrow to get a quote on how much itis to buy a new bumper and install it. The guy thta hit me will pay for it so after i get the expensive quote what should i do? I was thinkging maye buy a used or new rear bumper off here and have some place install it or maybe myself? whats a good idea? is it hard to install my self?
Thx guys

also once i got all this strained out i want to come to a meet. I havent ever had time to come to any..

Sorry to hear that. If you take it to the dealer it will probably be around $1,200. You can buy the bumper from the internet for approx $300.00. If you have the time and the know how, you'll save a lot of money doing it yourself.

The proplem that you have is you say that your rear render is damaged, the quarter is going to be an expensive job to fix because it requires painting the whole quarter and then blending. The rear bumper you should be able to find on her for pretty cheap.

haha he kinda had to admit the fault..my car was parked and i was sitting it when it happened!

Anyways its only the bumper that was damaged i found out today. so I am going to have the guy pay for it straight up just a factory oem replacement!

no worries im not ripping him off...
