Like always... it's great to hang out with you all. I know Carlos has some video and pictures of the event as well so I hope he post some of them soon. The event wasn't as busy as last time but there were still some great cars out there. That Celica GT Four pushing 900+whp was sick as F@#k. Very clean ride and the owner was really cool. I believe up to the point we left, he was the fastest that day at 204mph. Meet some cool peeps outside our group as well. Overall, a great day with cold weather and limited sun. Last time it was an oven so the cold was welcomed.

About CrazyG's runs... well I'll just let him explain when he gets on this thread. Lets just say... he ran into some technical difficulties. Even so, his car looked good out there on the track and faster than most who ran that day.

Yeah, that's Humbe's car with the Wide Body Kit. We'll see how it turns out once he's done with it.

I too have fun hanging around the boys in the club. There's always something to be learned.. The best video we got was the Celica GT. Most of the videos had people crossing in front of the camera, me included, and could not appreciate the cars flying by. Most importantly, we missed CrazyG's fly-by,, it was too late when we noticed.. Next time I'll bring the walkie-talkies to insure we don't miss it..

I'll be posting the Celica's video soon...

Celica GT Four @ 204 MPH

Here's the Celica GT Four video. The rest of the videos were not worthy for editing. And as I explained before, we didn't have the camera ready when CrazyG left the start line and missed his pass. Sorry.

First I just want to thank everyone for coming out to the event it was great to have the help and hanging out with the guys

The first run boost was set at 17psi and ran 175 but I smelt something burning and got out of it for a second. When we opened the hood we noticed oil coming out to catch can filter and it was all over the wheel well and hood.

For the second run we cleaned up the mess and wrapped rags around the catch can breather filter. The boost was set at 20psi and the car ran 177/GPS 182 with a 8 to 9mph headwind but the car still felt very stable. (Immediately) after the run I had to pull over and grabbed the fire (extinguisher) I thought the car was on fire it was smoking so bad, the catch can filter in rags didn't work oil shot all over the exhaust manifolds and engine bay ending my racing for the day.

Like I said at the beginning of this thread I was going to try and hit 200 in 1 mile this try was a learning experience but there are many more events being held at this runway in the future for me to try again after some upgrades to the engine and body.
