Hid Install

Hey guys I have a question about hids. I am installing a kit on Dodge Magnum with DRL. The kit wont light up cuz of this system. I just need to know how to bypass this or disable the system . I know it can be done to run a kit. Any help will be great.

Why would you need to bypass anything, your hid would just be running in the daytime. Your DRL and hid would be the same bulb correct?

no the DRl is the high beam too, as soon as you turn on the car the bulb in the high beam location lights up. I am installing in the correct location but . Couple people tell me its a pain in the *** to install these kits in Dodges. I am trying to prove them wrong. I was told in the Dodge forums that reversing the polarity might work. I will try this but im sceptical if this will work

Should be pretty easy to figure out with a test light, I dont think its going to be plug an play, sounds like a cut and solder job.

i've looked into the problem and I got different opinions, either reverse the polarity, add resistors to the oem plug or add an HID relay harness,

well lets see wut ends up to be,lol
