Thank you for pre-registering for the first ever stateofSTANCE event at the Morikami Japanese Gardens on May 30th 2010.
Please read this email carefully as it contains information regarding your registration and parking instructions.
In order to preserve the exclusivity and the level of the event, parking for all registered vehicles has been selected by the stateofSTANCE staff. Each vehicle has been assigned a parking area and within that area it is first come, first serve. If you would like to park with a friend/group/club please arrive together. Due to the numerous amounts of vehicles attending, we will not hold parking spaces.
Parking Roll-in will be between 10:30am-11:30am. Please arrive between these times as there are over 150 cars registered and we would like to have the parking area organized before food and beverages become available. As mentioned, there is well over 100 cars registered, however there are only 100 goodie bags. One goodie bag will be given to each of the first 100 registered cars that arrive.
Once you arrive and have been checked in, our parking staff will direct you to your space. After you have parked, feel free to enjoy the event!

stateofSTACNE Agreement
As a participant of stateofSTANCE and stateofSTANCE Events, (collectively the “Events” help or produced by stateofSTANCE), I agree to hereby hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and participants of the “Events” from any claims of loss and/or harm regarding same event. I agree to abide by all standards and rules set fourth by officials and producers of same event. By registering and attending same event, I hereby agree to accept under reasonable conditions the final judgment and award of prizes of participating officials of same event. In addition, I allow the “Events” and selected sponsors photo rights of my vehicle taken at the event for use in any manner. Furthermore, by registering and attending same event I understand and acknowledge that pre-registration does not confirm space and/or food and beverage availability and as such is on a first come, first serve basis
