Last night on the way home from Miami.. i was driving on the turnpike with a friend... we look in the rearview mirror and saw this car coming really fast with no where to go as their was a semi on the other side.. Dont know wtf the guy was doing but i had to swerve to the right to avoid him nailing me.. and ending up hitting a guardrail =/... car is not totalled but the right side is pretty messed up.. called insurance today they will be taking care of most of it as it was stated not my fault.. still sucks as i just got my rims powdercoated and not they are ruined.. What a night.. Pics later

Yea, either way you would've got paid. Getting rear ended on the highway is just MONEY son... So did the other guy stop or keep going?

 

Did you call the cops? Its common sense to swerve out of the way due to natural instinct. But like the posts before me, shouldn't move out of the way knowing that its one lane. Taking the hit you would've gotten money or much more than what it costs to fix the damage. There would be other factors too such as if you had gotten hurt or not. Good that you didn't get hurt. Be happy only the G got damaged. Better your car than you.

 

^.. Im ALWAYS hurt if i get rear ended in a accident. There's no question about that! I ain't gettin out the car til the paramedics come and then its a ride to da hospital!

Thats what i did when i got rear ended. But i was perfectly fine lol. I hope the Other guys insurance and U-Haul doesnt see this.

car drove off.. called the cops right when it happened.... cars in the shop as we speak gonna be better then b4.. cant wait to get it back in a few weeks.. driving this slow *** caliber rental till i get it back hah
