Interior LED Swap

Been following this thread pertaining to swapping the lamps/leds in the interior components:

https://g35driver.com/forums/dfw-g35...cs-inside.html

Anyone tried this or know of someone locally that has? Im really interested in doin this, but having a really hard time getting any information out of these guys taking in the thread. Maybe if I were in Texas they would be more helpful. I just hate jumping into things knowing there is a person within a keyboards reach that has been there and done that!

Let me know what you think.

Chris

Mental horsepower has got to count for something. Just look at all the stickers the Tuners usually put on their rides!

I might not get there fast, but with my pretty blonde in the right seat, should I really be in a hurray anyway?

It is very time consuming and expensive.

The LED swap does not seem that expensive at all. Would be well under 100 bucks DIY. I think this is well within the realm of a project I can do. I am pretty electronically savvy and good with a soldiering iron. Just not sure about the steady hands. Im gonna take apart my window switches and seat heater switches today to see exatly which LEDS to get. The cluster will be ugly, but we will cross that bridge when we get there!
