Just one question did you wash your car prior to it going out. I had the same problem got the ballast wet after a day it dried out and was working just fine. Driver side?

op you need to buy a pair of bulbs, running different ones will bet the color will be different.

They came factory from the nissan installed , This will cause the bulb to be a little older and be the same color as my other one, hence the reason im looking for a used OEM bulb , NOT AFTERMARKET ,

Only need 1 (one) not a pair.

An oem bulb is almost 200 dollars new. So in the best point of intrest really unless cash is not an issue is to buy a new pair and keep the other one as a back up reserve.

OP, i think what people are trying to say is you need a PAIR, regardless if its OEM factory bulbs or aftermarket bulbs.

Reason is, even the same exact bulb, brand new and used look different. sooo, the new one you put in will appear different from the existing one on the car already even though theyre both the same bulb from nissan.

i have to disagree , I have had several cars with factory HID and you CAN replace one with a used one as long as it is the same K, scale rated bulb, it will look the same as far as color goes . most are Phillips german made or GE.

If some one has a used set i will take both , thats fine . or one .

some people opt to replace their perfectly good bulbs in change for some
8000k or 10000 k or 12000k any thing passed 6k is a waste as they only make your visibility worse. they are only for looks .

Not looking for a new set or some CL made in china crap that wont last a year .


I am not new to the modding game and have been dealing with all kinds of high performance cars and parts for 20 years .

These are cheap OEM replacements made in China .

With your 20 years of experience and knowledge of high performance cars why are you asking on a forum where you can find used D2R bulbs you should have 20 years of resources at your hand and be able to produce results at a snap of a finger.

LOL , please tell me who installed my spacers lol , ME .Brakes,suspension ,sways etc.

all mods were done by myself and no one else. Only person who has helped me with a mod was Danny with rolling my fenders.

I have done some work on Bruces (Boston) Car and he can vouch for me and my work along with others that ive done work on and dont visit the forum .

So please go some where with your usless coments and stop whoring my thread.
