Thanks for all the kind words and opinions. Seems that the major consensus is the bashing and rear mesh have gotta go, but one more question. I'm usually a big tire guy. I am currently running 285/30 rear and 255/30 fronts. I know this is going to get mixed response, but do I go with the stretch look and flush? Or stay on the big beef and try to poke them a bit? Still not decided on the GTC's. Was thinking maybe color match them to the car, with the polished lips, but no matter what, I have to fix the fitment issue.

By the way, Danny when you see this let me know what day is good for you. The sooner the better.

Thanks

Chris

GT-C's look good but I've always been partial to a mesh faced wheel.

Dont color match them.. Leave the contrast but i would run a stretch and space them out for max flushness!!

Go low-profile on the tires for sure... I personally don't like the beefy sidewall look... and no to the color matching... our cars have enough BLUE on them... get a nice polished or black wheel and leave it at that

Very good job. I think the hood really sets everything off.

Thought about blacking out your front OEM grill and your headlights? IMO would look sweet. Other than that i think youre golden!

I would like to see the gtc, we can pull the faces off and paint or powder coat them black, I think that would set them off, and make them look aggressive. We can measure what size spacers to get after I roll them. Just let me know when you can come down, I will accommodate you as best as possible.

Thanks for all the input. I'm thinking Danny had the best idea so far. Maybe just start with the GTC and go from there. Danny is the weekend better for u of a weeknight? I dont want to put u out, afterall u are helping me.

As far as the hood, I have mixed thoughts. Maaybe with more accessing wheels I will be better with it. It does come with rain guards, which I painted body color and run full time. I will get some shots over the weekend and post them up here.

Oh and I'm a factory wing guy. Don't talk to me about going wingless, it's not going to happen!

Keep the suggestions coming!

Thanks.
Chris

Hey,

Regarding your question between stretched tires/meaty tires - As far as the stretched tire look, I never bought into that movemenet.
I think that, specially with you living in a farm, meaty tires (flushed with rolled fenders) might be way more useful.
However, I don't think the majority of board members will agree with me nowadays ( 2 years ago it would be a diff. story)

It's exciting to see some many Gs in South Florida stepping up their game.

Time to take over the West Coast dominance!

Do you have performance mods planned?
