The rear underspoiler is a pain! Get a bodyshop to help you put at least that on. No need to go to the dealer for it. Get the kit from everythingg35.com -- they have the best price for it.

Looks 100x better lowered. I agree, you can't go wrong with the z/coupe spring setup (PERIOD). What size tires are you running?

Looks great, did you get the 350Z springs direct from Nissan? How much?

I got them used from a 350z on my350z.com and the coupe springs from guy on these forums. because neither person would just sell me the just the rears or just the fronts i had to buy both sets, 03 coupe and 03 z springs paid about 50 shipped for each and $130 shipped for the 05 struts which had 500 miles on them.

so let me get this straight, if I don’t have the sports tuned suspension, I shouldn’t get just the 350z springs?

for us sedan guys, i think the revised oem Z suspension is perfect...1" drop all around......subtle, but very effective..

That is correct sir. You would need the 350z revised shocks to accomodate the unvised springs. You could get sport tuned shocks for the sedan as well, but if you don't have them now, might as well buy the 350z shocks.

no..its the unrevised ones u should get...it has a closer spec to stock suspension...but to get a better ride u would probably need to buy new shocks/struts anyways..

If u going for revised, den u have to buy the shocks/struts as well..cause it the springs will wear out

From my research and answer I got from G35sedan, the Revised shocks (04.5 up) are what you want to run. The rear springs on the revised suspension have an increased spring rate of 427, compared to stock sport springs on the sedan of 342. The revised shocks aren't as "bouncy" as the old shocks. With the revised shocks, you can run the revised springs as well, but if you are using your stock sport shocks from the sedan you want to use early 03-04 springs from the 350z, they have the same spring rate as the sport tuned springs for the sedan.

Plus it offer's a 1" drop on linear springs with no progressive spring nonsense or softer then oem rear spring rates like sedan Tein's do. Furthermore, a sedan on oem 350Z springs with D-specs offer's a simular drop to the JDM S-tune suspension, with fully adjustable dampners, linear vs progressive springs at a fraction of the cost.

So that things can be clearly understood and this comes from me actually running many different combination's on my car (these are just a few).

03/04 oem 350Z springs on oem sedan sport shocks
Pro: nice 1" linear spring drop with spring rates that are the same as oem sedan sport springs. Shocks felt about the same to me with this combo.
Con: With the shocks feeling the same, I have room to suggest that you might want to kick things up a notch with Tokico D-specs. But AGAIN, this setup did not outright speak to me that you had to upgrade the shocks.

04.5 to 06 oem 350Z springs on oem sedan sport shocks.
Pro: same 1" drop on linear springs. +27% higher rear spring rate does offer less rear suspension squat on full throttle application's and without any other setup changes the higher rear rate does give the car a more lively feeling around town (really anytime cornering speeds are 45mph or less).
Con: insuffecient rear shock dampning to deal with the 27% increase in rear spring rate. I found too many instances where the rear shocks allow things to happen because they didn't have enough control. A lower threshold to forgiving throttle imputs closer to the limits of adheasion, also you have to wait longer comming out of a corner before you can start squeezing the throttle (can also say that when VDC is on, it activates more often).

04.5+ to 06 oem 350Z springs front sedan sport shocks rear revised 04.5+ oem 350Z shocks.
Con: Too much stiffness on the whole on the rear of the car, not recommended. (would be fine with revised Z shocks at all 4 corners)

I have also driven in two sedan's with 03/04 coupe springs with D-specs and 03 Z springs and D-specs.
