Been hanging around this forum for about a month now.....waiting for my 6mt DG/Nav to arrive at the end of the month. Just wondering if anyone has an auto starter on their 6mt, and if it is worth getting it....i live in NJ and dont want to run out to the car in the morning to warm it up.

 

AB-SO-FUNK-ING-LOOT-LY! Just make sure you get a remote starter that is designed to work with MTs. Otherwise you are in trouble if you leave your car in gear. If you are willing to spend more money, get one that works in conjuction with the transponder key if that will be an issue for you.

Remote starter is great because you can just leave the heat on Auto along with your heated seat button. Nice and toasty car in two minutes while you are putting your shoes on. Its also great in the summer time with A/C!

I have the auto starter installed in my car too!! It makes my car looks better!! I like to start my engine when people are peeking in my car thru the window....that will scare their butts off!! lol
