What did you do to the G today?
Finally found the stock 19 inch Rays wheels this weekend. I have been looking for a set since I bought my G35. Now the search begins for tires, the ones on the wheels are pretty much done. I'll post up pics of the before and after cleaning and then again as soon as I get them on the car.
Tires my recommendation is Michelin Super Sport for hot climates/summer/spring tire but if you have mild Winters and want all season than Michelin A/S 3+. Right now I still say Michelin is the king on the best tires and I don't consider that an opinionated statement. Sure you can find tires from all other manufacturers that people will say are great but those same tires some people will say they don't like. Hard to find someone that said they didn't like their Michelins. It's usually I got these so and so tires but wished I got the Michelins or there good but the Michelins we're better. Just my 2 cents
Thanks, I used the left over sealant wipe from a 3M kit and the 3000 grit pad. Picked up a rustoleum kit simply for the sand paper. Hit it with 800, 1500, 2000, 3000 then 3m sealant. 3m kit is good but went 500, 800, 3000 which works good but I don't understand why they wouldn't put more paper in between 800 and 3000.
I was in a parking lot the other day just observed all the headlights I saw. Honestly 9 out of 10 headlights look horrible aside from the cars made in the last 5 years. People don't realize how easy it is to restore headlights like new.
Makes me debate a 2nf part time job doing headlights for $20 a pop with a Craigslist add

Lucky man, all the ones I've seen are beat up or cost way to much. One of the best looking factory wheels IMO. Mind sharing what you gave for them.

+1 for Michelin's - with 285 30 20 pilot super sports there is no slip when launching from a standstill. Off the line and kept ahead of a Ralliart Lancer (2.0 Turbo w/ AWD)
Also washed and messed with a nice camera
Fixed the driver side test pipe that had broken loose on the inside. No more buzzy Honda sounds...making a road trip to ATL this weekend and so happy that I got this fixed before that . Also bled the clutch and she's ready to roll.
hahaha thanks guys, could not be any happier with the colour choice. I still haven't cut and buffed the clear so I'm excited to see how it all comes out. Here's a few more pics from our day trip up to St. Augustine, FL.
Looking good. Btw, which front A arms did you go with? Any issues with them?
