Halogen Headlights

So I recently purchased eagle eyes model halogen headlights for my 04 g35 sedan. However in the description it states "Do not fit model with factory Xenon(HID) Headlight". Could someone explain this to me? The wording is a bit ambiguous and I'm worried that they might not work for my G.

Don' think so. They look like normal headlights,ie not white light. And second question would be am I able to fit xenon bulbs in this eagle eyes halo headlight housing or would I need to get a different housing?

Ebay headlights are crap for these cars.... They'll break and you'll have to spend time taking the bumper off and troubleshooting connections, etc, or buy new headlight after a year or two. Search: "HID Retrofit". Some people have done it, it seems like a good way of getting a decently performing quality xenon setup for about $300 in parts (used headlights, TRS ACME projectors, plus paint, angel eyes, whatever else custom you want).

This is coming from somebody who has ebay headlights on his car, the housing developed micro cracks (crazing) over time no amount of sanding can remove, low beam HID light output is terrible (bordering on unsafe on rainy/snowy nights) even after proper adjustment, both tabs broke on their own somehow, and they go through cheap ballasts like its a consumable. Do it right, do it once.

This is true lol. That's why I only buy eBay headlights to upgrade them with a retrofit just like this lol

Well they can't be any worse than the ones that are on the car now. And due to budget constraints, these were my only option if I wanted better headlights. Guess I'll find out when I install them!

Best of luck, because it wasn't designed for HID you can't put in HID and have good output. Stick to Halogen.
