It's a pretty nice piece. Main thing that caused the headache was trying to mount the condenser to the front of it. The little pegs at the bottom didn't want to line up and the holes in the top mounts didn't line up with the holes in the rad. If it weren't for the condenser, I could've easily had it done in under 2 hours. Fans mounted up perfectly.

Connisah, next time you torch conduit to bend it work an area about 18"-24" quickly moving the torch back and forth, a weed burner works great but even a small propane torch will do the trick but you have to turn the flame down quite a bit. You will get a smoother radius without the wrinkles and scorch marks, we do this all the time at work if we don't feel like dragging out the hot box or heat blankets for smaller conduit.

I actually used a heat gun and I guess I got impatient and let it set on one spot for too long. It was HP so it was super thick and not very easy to bend.

Yeah it looks like schedule 40 pvc which is exactly what we use, it just takes time. Usually within 5 minutes or less the thing is like a limp noodle though and ready to be formed.

I put a new android auto/apple carplay capable stereo in my car today, its freakin awesome. my old stereo was only a year and half old, but I wanted to upgrade. If anybody is thinking about it, do it. The new radio is so much faster and responsive too. And pick a radio that has a 7" screen with button trim on the bottom, they stick out a little but its perfect for the G because its now flush. my old radio sat a bit recessed, very slight but noticeable and you felt it when pushing the side buttons. now the buttons are perfect with the trim. The radio I got was the Kenwood DMX7705S, and free install at best buy until July 7th, usually $100 bucks.

Looks fantastic and I see you're a Scosche fan. The DD trim is spot on in color and looks waaaay better than the Metra. I also have their phone mount and love mine. Congrats on a clean install (free is great if done correctly) and a happy camper.

You should look into (and IMHO anyone who DIYs oil changes) the Fumoto valve. Best under $30 mod I have ever had and I've run them for years on all of our vehicles. Makes OC's way less messy and are worry free if used correctly.
