They did you wrong homie. No customer service I tell ya! I take mine to the Costa Mesa infinity and they treat me like Donald Trump!

 

^^^ Same. Costa Mesa gives regular keys w/ remote and just put a laminated yellow tag on it.

A Cerritos Infiniti loaner car?

I had the same one too....but i had the loaner for 3 days. Took it off and left the plastic inside the car. I returned it unattached and left it in the cup holder.

 

you Damn rite that was Cerritos Infiniti... i had the loaner from thurs till tues... i got so annoyed i took it off and threw it somewhere in the back. when i went back to return it, took me about good 5 mins to find it~! And what pissed me off the most was that when i got my car back, my driver seat was just F**kin dirty as hell... i came home and cleaned the seats but i still have light stains all over..

 

You don't want to hear my terrible experience with Cerritos. (Rims got scratched from them.)

I told them not to wash my car. They did.
